Nordiska Kliniken has joined the Bergman Clinics group, a leading European healthcare company, as an important step towards expanding the Group’s Commercial Care business in Scandinavia.
The premier aesthetics clinic in Stockholm complements Bergman Clinics’ existing aesthetics businesses in the Netherlands and Germany, as well as the refractive surgery business operated under the Memira brand in Scandinavia and the Netherlands. This acquisition marks a significant milestone for the Commercial Care business and serves as the starting point for continued growth in aesthetics in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark and reinforces our commitment to becoming Europe’s leading commercial care business in elective healthcare.
